International Point of Sale (IntlPOS) sold a 3 station point of sale system to Best Glatt in November 2010. Out of $19,758.77, only $2500 was paid. International Point of Sale took Best Glatt Meat to the Beth Din of America on September 13th and on December 6th, the Beth Din ruled in favor of International Point of Sale. Since the Beth Din ruling, Best paid only $1000. IntlPOS has had to spend more legal fees to convert the Beth Din judgment into a civil judgment and has still not been paid. Please read the Beth Din ruling below. If you shop at Best Glatt, please ask them to follow Jewish law and to stop hurting this small business.
